Agency Representatives are those employees working within an agency who are assigned the duties of a PEBP liaison or contact person. If you are interested in enrolling as a new Agency Representative on behalf of your agency, contact the PEBP office to request the e-PEBP Access  form. This form requires a supervisor’s signature to authorize your enrollment and activate your status as an Agency Representative.

Agency Representatives are notified on a regular basis regarding upcoming events, training and other important information.
